By using the MERCATOR-EMBE d.o.o. website, it is deemed that the User is familiar with and has agreed to these Terms of Use. If the User does not agree to them, they are obliged to refrain from using the MERCATOR-EMBE website. 

MERCATOR-EMBA has the right to modify the website content and Terms of Use, and is responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the website, but is not liable for any possible inaccessibility of the website or its individual functionalities. 

While MERCATOR-EMBA will make every effort to ensure that the information on the website www.mercator-emba.si is accurate, it does not guarantee, and accepts no responsibility for, the accuracy or completeness of this information.

MERCATOR-EMBA is not liable for damages resulting from the use or misuse of this website, nor for the content and availability of other websites to which it is linked.
